About Charlotte
Hi, I’m Charlotte, a highly experienced Virtual Executive Assistant with over 12 years supporting CEOs and founders in finance, tech and wellness.
My career has always been about creating clarity, calm and results in the middle of busy, fast-moving environments. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working closely with executives, marketing teams and internal communications departments - keeping diaries on track, planning travel down to the smallest detail and bringing events to life both in person and online.
I’ve also enjoyed the creative side of my work, from crafting internal communications and scheduling social media posts to helping deliver campaigns and company announcements that really connect with people.
A Shift in Frequency
In 2019, I took a sabbatical from my senior EA role and headed to Thailand for yoga teacher training. What I thought would be a short break turned into a turning point. I fell in love with the wellness world and the deep, restorative power of sound.
Since then, I’ve expanded my practice as a certified sound practitioner, reiki healer and naturopathic plant-based chef.

I bring the healing power of frequency directly into the workplace. I visit offices and studios across London to facilitate immersive sound baths, helping teams decompress, reset and find collective clarity away from their screens.
